It is the responsibility of the customer to advise BnL Earthworks of major service locations (ie water, power, data etc). BnL Earthworks will not be liable for any incidental damage that may be caused by completion of work unless agreed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure loads are free from all types of asbestos, asbestos related materials and hazardous waste that may be potentially dangerous to others.  The customer agrees that should any asbestos, asbestos related materials and/or hazardous waste be identified that the load will be reloaded and fees may apply.

Whilst every effort is made to not damage reticulation sometimes it is very difficult as the depths of pipes and attachments can vary.  We cannot guarantee that reticulation will not be damaged and accept no responsibility if damage occurs. 

Please, we respectfully request that if you have animals that you clean up before our arrival.  

We would appreciate payment be made upon job completion.  We carry an eftpos machine for easy payment processes.

Refund of work is not permitted.

We have never and will never illegally dump loads.
